As both a parent and a professional, I bring a unique perspective to Special Education advocacy. For over 18 years, I have worked closely with IEP teams as the parent of children who receive Special Education services. This personal journey led me to become a professional advocate, and for the past eight years I have supported families in navigating the complexities of the special education system.
I have completed master's-level coursework in Child and Adolescent Psychology and Education, which informs my approach to advocacy with a deep understanding of both developmental needs and educational frameworks. I continue to pursue advanced training in Special Education law, advocacy, mediation, and IEP goal writing.
My mission is simple: to empower parents with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to become confident advocates for their children. Every child deserves a meaningful education — and every parent deserves a trusted partner in that process.
